You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms to use the Service.

Data Access and Use:

• The Service requires access to certain Microsoft 365 APIs and related data as authorized by you.

• We process this data solely to provide reports, alerts, and recommendations.

• We do not sell your data to third parties.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to connect your Microsoft 365 account to the Service.

User Responsibilities:

You agree to:

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Not misuse the Service to gain unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or compromise security.

• Review all AI-generated reports and recommendations before taking action; the Service does not replace professional judgment.

Security:

As you would expect, we take security very seriously and implement layered technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no service can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls within your own Microsoft 365 environment (and we will advise you on strengthening these as part of our service).

• We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should be independently verified.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination:

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Changes to terms:

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
